We recommend booking your luxury picnic at least 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons like spring and summer. However, we always encourage you to reach out, as we may have last-minute availability. Planning ahead also allows us to fully customize your picnic experience and ensure every detail is perfect for your event.

Yes! In addition to the two base styling packages we offer (the "Spell"-inspired Moroccan and the Fresh White collections), you can fully customize the table settings. We offer an extensive range of styling options, including plates, glassware, table runners, and dried florals, from our wedding hire range. This flexibility allows you to personalize your luxury picnic to match your vision and color scheme, making it truly one-of-a-kind.

Choosing the right location is key to ensuring a perfect luxury picnic. We recommend private residences, as this allows for unlimited hire time and flexibility in setup and pickup. However, public parks and beachside locations can also be beautiful choices. Just keep in mind to select a spot with adequate shade, especially for hot days. It’s also a good idea to have a backup plan in case of bad weather, and don’t forget to bring a Bluetooth speaker and eskies with drinks for added enjoyment!
